Signing up: one price, the same for Hostaway and Uplisting, worked out from how many properties you run. Hostaway or Uplisting fees are separate. Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Every sign-up starts with 14 days free: your card is taken by Stripe at sign-up and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Short Stay Control never sees your card. Existing customers can sign in.

  3. 3First payment on day 15We email you 7 days before. Cancel from Plan & Billing before then and you pay nothing.
  4. 4Connect and onboardProperty matching and PMS access remain customer-approved.

Payment identity: Payments are collected by Floodlight New Marketing Ltd. Your bank or card statement will show SHORT STAY CONTROL.

Hostaway subscription and optional third-party services remain separate costs.
