What does it cost?

£29 a month includes up to 2 properties, then £12 a month for each property from 3 to 15 and £9 a month for each property from 16. Hostaway or Uplisting fees are separate.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.

Questions

Does this collect payments from Airbnb or Booking.com?

No. Short Stay Control does not collect, transfer or hold your booking payments. It shows the figures and the evidence behind them.

Are all commission figures exact?

Not always. The detail depends on your booking system and what each channel reports. Every commission figure is marked as reported by the channel, worked out, or estimated, and estimates are kept out of exact totals.

Does an expected payout mean the money is in my bank?

No. An expected payout and a confirmed receipt are different. Use your bank records to establish what has arrived.

Does it replace my accounting software?

No. It organises property costs and evidence and shows property performance. Exports keep each amount in its own column for your bookkeeper. Keep your accounting and tax processes in place.

Can I use it with Hostaway or Uplisting?

Yes. Both are supported, with different data and correction capabilities. Your booking system remains in place, and its fees are separate.
