Download an offline dashboard
- For
- Owners and administrators
- Booking system
- Hostaway and Uplisting
- Last checked
The offline dashboard is a copy of your reporting figures that can be opened without an internet connection. It is a one-off purchase for the workspace. An administrator buys it from Settings, then Plan and billing; the price is shown there. Check who will receive the file: an owner detail copy can contain addresses, supplier names, team names, booking references and receipt totals.
Steps
- As an administrator, open Settings, then Plan and billing. If the workspace has not bought the offline dashboard, review the one-off price and choose whether to buy it.
- Once it is available, select Open offline dashboard from Plan and billing.
- Check the period, source system, last import and finance coverage in Data confidence.
- Choose Switch to Summary copy if the recipient needs fewer details.
- Select Download this file to save the dashboard, or Download Excel workbook for a spreadsheet. Store and share the file with the same care as your other business records.

What you will see
Before purchase, the offer page says "{your workspace name} has not bought the offline dashboard yet." The top of a downloaded file says when the figures were made, which version it is and what it includes. The dashboard says "Booking value and contribution are not cash received or accounting profit." Downloads are snapshots; open the live app for newer figures.
If something goes wrong
- If the file seems out of date, check its Figures as of date and make a new download.
- If it says "Unresolved costs" above zero, resolve those costs before treating contribution as complete.
- If you see the offer page, the workspace has not bought the offline dashboard. Ask an administrator to review the one-off purchase under Plan and billing.
- "Only an organisation administrator can buy the offline dashboard." Ask a workspace administrator to make the purchase decision.
