The public policy pages also include Suppliers (the list of companies that process data for us) and the Data processing agreement. Read those pages alongside the privacy notice when you need the service's data-handling terms.

The public privacy notice explains what information Short Stay Control collects, why it is used, who can see it and how long it is kept.

Steps

  1. Open the privacy notice from the website footer or sign-up page.
  2. Read the sections on account, billing, workspace and support information.
  3. Follow the links for suppliers, the data processing agreement and cookie information where relevant.
  4. Open [Cookie settings](43-cookies.md) if you want to review your browser choice.

What you will see

The page is headed "How we use your information." It distinguishes the information you provide when enquiring or signing up from the property and booking information in a workspace. It gives a privacy contact address for requests.

If something goes wrong

  • If you cannot find a particular kind of information, use the section headings and the linked data processing agreement.
  • If you want to ask for access or deletion, use the contact route in the notice. The page says how to have information deleted.
  • If the page date differs from this guide, rely on the current notice rather than this orientation article.
